Well, it is nice to see Stephen showing his elusive human side but who knew he liked hippy music! Will we next see Steve and Laureen, hanging out naked in a Montreal hotel? All we are saying, is give Pete a chance... McKay, that is. Harper actually has a lovely voice. I'm afraid that I can't seem to shake the memory of that same voice speaking these words though...
I think when ordinary working people come home, turn on the TV and see … a bunch of people … at a rich gala all subsidized by taxpayers claiming their subsidies aren't high enough when they know those subsidies have actually gone up, I'm not sure that's something that resonates with ordinary people.
I guess the arts get by with a little help from their friends, as long as their friends aren't "ordinary".
